Instructions:
- File the nail short
- Apply TS NAILS Base Coat , do not harden
- Cut out a piece of the Non Woven Nail Silk
- Place the piece on the nail and stick in the base coat
- Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds
- Then finish nails as you normally would
