Sugar effect
- When the nail is finished, apply a thin layer of TS Top Coat No Wipe
- Sprinkle the glitter over it
- Place in the lamp ((LED 60 sec. or UV 120 sec.)
Of course you can also use this glitter in a French inlay design.
